To keep you on track, we incorporate regular accountability check-ins and offer limited email or chat support between sessions during specified hours. Your progress is important to us, which is why we conduct a full reevaluation of your goals and plan after the initial 30 days. Additionally, as a client, you gain access to a larger network of health coaches and fellow clients, offering a robust community for shared resources and support.
